Income generated through the Fintown platform is subject to tax based on your tax residency. Investments in the SEED project development loan on Fintown do not require you to pay taxes in Costa Rica. However, if you decide to purchase a unit and earn rental income from it, that income will be subject to Costa Rican taxes.
